摘要
效率研究是经济学的核心命题,也是当前中国商业银行改革中重点关注的实践问题。本文以经济学和现代金融学理论、效率一般理论和商业银行效率理论为指导,在明确商业银行效率目标和分析中国商业银行效率生成条件的基础上研究了中国商业银行效率问题,为提升中国商业银行效率提供政策建议和管理措施。
It is a key proposition of economics that efficiency is studied,it is the practice question paying close attention in the reform of Chinese commercial bank at present too. This text regards studying the theory in economics and modern finance as guidance, under the guidance of the general theory of efficiency and commercial bank efficiency theory, studied the efficiency problem of Chinese commercial bank,aim at offering possible theory and method for promoting the efficiencyof commercial bank of China to support.
