摘要
目的:了解急进海拔4745m地区很快从事中度以上体力劳动的筑路工人血红蛋白(Hb)变化;方法:对48例筑路工人采用耳垂血进行同体连续Hb测定;结果:发现人体急进高原后Hb随适应时间的增加由高向低转变,且不同个体有其不同的适应轨迹;结论:Hb变化总体趋势是随适应时间的延长而逐渐下降,但仍高于转低海拔地区健康人水平。
To know the changes of heamoglobin in road constructors acute exposed to altitude of 4745m. Methods: 48 objects were examined continuously using earlobe blood sample. Results and conclusions:The Hb level of objects dicreased with prolongation of adapted period but it had a difference in various objects and Hb level is biger compared with low land healthy.
