STANDARDIZATION OF DESCRIBING FIGURES WITH CHAIN CODE

本文记述了立体视图形的链码描述方法,指出存在的图形链码描述的两义性问题,为了使立体视图形的链码描述标准化,文章提出了基本多边形及其方向权的定义,指出了基本多边形方向权的基本性质,并给出了严格的证明,最后提出基本多边形绕向标准化算法,使得链码方法能够有效地应用于立体视图象处理。

Having discussed the chain code method used to describe stereo image, we point out its duality in doing so. To standardize the chain code deseription of stereo image, the definitions of essential polygon and its direction weight are proposed, and the characters of the direction weight of essential polygon are indicated and strictly varified. Finally the chain code method can, with satisfaction, process stereo images by using the proposed standardizing algorithm for the round direction of the essential polygon.
