It is obtained that (i) sum of two independent Poisson sheets is also a Poisson sheet;(ii) Random selection process of a Poisson sheet is also a Poisson sheet;(iii) Each Poisson sheet can be decomposited the sum of some independent Poisson sheets which are random selection processes of original Poisson sheet.
