摘要
系统研究了化学计量学方法在滴定分析中的应用,将多元线性回归与pH络合滴定方法相结合同时测定稳定常数极为接近的金属离子钴和镍,获得良好结果,同时还探讨了该法原理,回归方程及最优条件.
Systematic researches were made on chemomertics in titrations.In this article,mutriple linear regression (MLR) method was employed to complexometric potential titration.The developed MLR-CPT techinque was then used for simultaneous determination of metallic ions,such as Co(Ⅱ)and Ni(Ⅱ) whose complexes with EDTA had very similar stability constrants.The principle of the techenique,solution of regression equation,and optimization of experimental conditions were approached and examined as well.Satisfactory analytical results were obtained for assay of Co and Ni in synthetic samples with RSD=0.19% ̄0.85% and RE=-0.81% ̄0.4696%.
