On the Culture Source,Construction and Characteristics in the Revitalization of Northeast Economy

进一步搞好东北文化建设,是振兴东北经济和增强社会发展向导力和内推力的不可缺的"软件",而这就要汲取传统的、国际的与共性的三个文化源泉,同时要彰显东北自身的人文特色、时代特点和地域风情,即彰显东北自身的文化"个性"。

Doing a better job of building the Northeast culture is the necessary ＂software＂ of revitalization Northeast China＇s economic and social development. It requires to learn from the three sources of the traditional, international and cultural commonalities. At the same time, people should demonstrate their north-east human characteristics, and geographical characteristics of the times, i.e. Northeast should show the culture of their own ＂personality.＂
