摘要
为深入贯彻落实科学发展观,大力推进改革创新步伐,国有企业必须从管理理念的创新,决策管理的创新,战略管理的创新,组织结构的创新,以及人本管理的创新等五个方面找出突破口或重点,以此全面打开管理创新的局面,从而实现企业的经营目标。
For further implementing the scientific development concept, vigorously pushing forward the pace of reform and innovation, the state-owned enterprises must find a breakthrough or as a means of comprehensive management to open up new horizons in order to achieve business goals from the concept innovation, management innovation and decision-making, strategic management innovation and organizational structure of innovation, people management, innovation.
