摘要
含氯废塑料在喷入高炉前必须经过脱氯处理,在脱氯过程中会产生大量的HCl气体,而HCl具有很强的腐蚀性。对(00Cr17Ni14Mo3(316L),0Cr18Ni9Ti(321),1Cr18Ni9(302))奥氏体不锈钢和紫铜4种金属材料及Al2O3陶瓷进行抗HCl气体腐蚀实验。实验结果表明,在4种金属材料中316L不锈钢的抗HCl气体的腐蚀性能最好,Al2O3陶瓷具有良好的抗HCl气体腐蚀性和抗热震性,完全符合含氯废塑料脱氯反应器内衬材质性能要求。
Chlorine-containing plastic wastes must be dechlo-rinated before being injected into blast furnace,but a large amount of HCl produced in the course of dechlorinating reac-tion and HCl possesses strong corrosivity.In this paper,the resistances of four kinds of metals such as 00Cr17Ni14Mo3(316L),0Cr18Ni9Ti(321),1Cr18Ni9(302),red copper and Al2O3 ceramics to HCl corrosion were researched.Results showed that resistance of stainless steel 316L to HCl corrosion was the best in the four metals,and Al2O3 ceramics possesses good performance of corrosion resistance to HCl and heat shock.This Al2O3 ceramics may be definitely used as the inner lining of the reactor.
