Application of TRT Technology in 3200m^3 Blast Furnace of Tianjin Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd

高炉煤气余压透平发电装置(TRT)是冶金企业的重要节能项目之一。介绍了TRT技术的先进性及在天钢3200m3高炉的应用情况。天钢结合本企业煤气清洗系统的设备情况,采用环缝和TRT同时调节高炉顶压,使高炉顶压处在稳定状态,同时,针对运行中出现的振动等问题采取改进措施,使透平机运行稳定,发电效率高,平均每小时发电量达到11000kWh。

Blast Furnace Gas Pressure Turbine Unit(TRT) is one of the important energy -saving projects in metallurgical enterprises.This paper introduces the TRT's advancement and the application in 3200m3 blast furnace of Tianjin Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd.According to the use of gas cleaning system facilities,the top pressure of blast furnace is adjusted by means of AGS and TRT technology at the same time and keeps stable.Some measures are taken to resolve the vibration and other problems to make turbine stable and to improve the efficiency of electricity generation to 11000kw per hour.
