摘要
采集醋纤滤棒用增塑剂6个样品,其中3个快干型,3个慢干型,采用GC/MS方法分析测试了6个增塑剂,分析结果表明,3个慢干型增塑剂品质差异较小,其中S-3样品中含有合成中间物单醋酸甘油酯;3个快干型增塑剂品质差异较大,Q-2、Q-3含有较多杂质,其中Q-3含有二甘醇,存在使用安全隐患。
Six samples of cellulose acetate filter rod plasticizer including three quick and throe slow drying plasticizers were collected and analyzed by GC/MS. Result showed that the quality difference of the three slow drying plasticizers was small. Among them, sample S-3 was contained synthetic byproducts glycerol monoacetate. However, the quality difference of the three quick drying plasticizers was large. Samples Q-2 and Q-3 were contained much impurities, and Q-3 was contained diethylene glycol and had safety hidden trouble.
