Research Progress on the Synthesis of Benzofuran Derivatives from Claisen Rearrangement Products

苯并呋喃是一类重要的杂环化合物,许多天然产物分子中都含有苯并呋喃结构单元。由于具备良好的生物及药物活性,苯并呋喃及其衍生物的合成方法受到广泛关注。综述了以Claisen重排为基础合成苯并呋喃及其衍生物主要方法。

Benzofuran derivatives, as a very important class of heterocycies, were widely found in natural products. Due to their effective biological and pharmacological activities, synthesis of benzofuran derivatives was attracted much attention. In this paper, synthetic methods of benzofuran derivatives from Claisen rearrangement products were introduced.
