On the basis of probing into and analyzing the theoretical structure of learning-type organization,in the light of Sinopec Chemical Products Sales Company's characteristics and Sinopec Chemical Products Sales Company Guangzhou Branch's learning-type organization construction experiment experience,the article tries to put forward a project proposition for learning-type organization construction in Sinopec Chemical Products Sales Company from the following aspects;guarantee mechanism,implementation carrier,tools & methods,knowledge management, training system and implementation principle.
