To most relocated households, the interest group is the appropriate way to struggle for interest. However, in the process of struggling with the government and the developer, relocated household interest group appears lacks the ability to do what they wished to accomplish. The influencing factor for the forming the difficult position of the relocated household special interest group lies in the Chinese, traditional cultural psychic mechanism, the formulation of the gaming pattern rewards and punishment mechanism, and the unique social political environmental in China.
