摘要
本文分析了目前纺织厂自动络筒机的槽筒电机的运行特点,基于矢量控制理论,采用独特的速度摆频调节和转速、电流双闭环PI调节的叠加控制方案,实现对电机瞬时力矩控制。针对该控制方案,根据永磁同步电机数学模型,建立系统仿真模型,进行仿真试验,取得了预期的效果。
This article analyzes operating characteristics of grooved drum motor in the automatic winder and based on vector control theory, adopts unique swing speed fre- quency adjustment and Speed and current P1-conditioned double-loop control scheme to realize the instantaneous torque motor control. It establishes system simulation mod- els and carried out simulation research according to control scheme and PMSM model and achieved the desired results.
