摘要
一个开发雨水资源，发展集雨灌溉的农田水利热潮正在形成和展开，为使其健康发展，就集雨灌溉工程中的降雨设计标准、集雨场类型与大小、旱井容积与深度、沉淀池、灌溉、发展速度等问题的认识提出供借鉴与探讨。
A great upsurge of the construction of the rainfall catchment irrigation project is being formed and spreading all over the province.In order to make it grow healthfully,thoughts on several related problems,such as designing standard of the rainfall frequency,type and size of the rainfall catchment area,volume and depth of the water collecting well,specification of the sedimentation tank,selection of the irrigation type,speed of the project construction and so on are given for reference.Finally,more investment in technology and a suitable development speed are emphasized.
