通过对引黄工程国际Ⅱ、Ⅲ标６＃、７＃隧洞穿越岩溶区、地下集中涌水、及膨胀岩等的特殊地质情况，ＴＢＭ施工与钻爆法施工的优缺点，ＴＢＭ施工机组的选择，类似工程ＴＢＭ施工实例及承包商施工计划安排中存在的问题等的分析，说明国际Ⅱ、Ⅲ标施工延迟的可能性，希望承包商专家们对备选方案给予足够的考虑。

The most possibility of delay in construction of the tunnels of International Bids No.Ⅱ,No.Ⅲ is explained based upon the following analyses:a)The special geohydrological condition such as Karst area,the high ground water level area,the swelling rock area.These conditions will probably be met by the tunnels No.6 and No.7 of International Bids No.Ⅱ,No.Ⅲ.b)The advantages and disadvantages of the TBM method and the drill blast method.c)The condition for selecting of the TBM units.d)The examples of TBM Construction in similar condition.e)The problems existing in the construction schedule of the contractor.Finally it is hoped that experts in the contractor side should make a full consideration on the alternative scheme.
