摘要
本文结合引黄工程的实际，简要介绍了ＦＩＤＩＣ合同条款中监理工程师的权利与义务，监理机构的设置，监理工作的原则和重要环节等。
The terms,right and obligation of supervising engineering,arrangement of supervision organization,and basic principle and key link of the project supervision in the FIDIC (Federation Internationale Des Ingenieurs Conseils) contract are introduced briefly,combined with the practice of the Yellow River Diversion Project(YRDP).
