摘要
作为改革开放以来中国干部选拔制度改革最为重要的成果之一。公开选拔领导干部考试产生于深刻的历史文化和现实背景之中.它既体现了当代中国政治文明建设的新发展.也是中国考试发展的新形态。本文在对全国公选产生与发展过程的回顾与总结基础上,以湖北公选实践为实证,对比分析了公选考试实现的历史性超越和对干部选拔产生的影响,指出制度化和科学化是其发展的必由之路。
As one of the most important achievements of the reform of the official selection system since 1978, the examination for open selection of government officials, having its roots in the Chinese history and current realities, not only reflects the new development of contemporary China's political civilization construction, but also is a new pattern of China examinations. Based on the review of the process of how this open selection system was formed and developed, this thesis analyses the superiority of the open selection examination over the imperial civil examination, and also its influence upon the selection of government officials. The thesis finally points out that the examination should be conducted in a systematic and scientific way in the future.
