台湾地区公务人员考试法律制度对祖国大陆考试立法的启示

The Official Examination in Taiwan District and Its Reference to the Legal Construction of Examination System in China's Mainland

台湾地区秉承孙中山先生“五权分立”的政治体制构架，其“考试院”具有与“立法院”、“行政院”、“司法院”和“监察院”平等、独立行使公务员考试权及选任权的法律地位，数十年来，致力于考试法律制度建设，形成了权威性高、门类齐全、系统严密、内容科学、操作性强的公务员考试法律法规体系，对祖国大陆考试制度建设和考试立法工作具有重要的借鉴作用。

In accordance with the ＂separation of powers＂ a political system raised by Sun yat -sen , the Examination Yuan has the same political status as the executive Yuan, the Legislative Yuan, the Judicial Yuan and the Control Yuan, it independently exercise its right in the official examination and the selection of public servant, for the past decades, the Examination Yuan has been working on the construction of a highly feasible official examination regulations with strong authoritativeness, tight legal system and scientific content, it has imoortant reference to the legal construction of examination system in China's Mainland.
