摘要
在分析粤华发电有限责任公司安全检查管理现状及存在问题的基础上,提出1种基于信息管理系统运用的新流程,通过严格的权限和流程控制实现公司监督检查管理工作的信息化、规范化及高效率,从而有效地支持了企业质量安全健康环保管理体系的科学运作。
With the analysis of current problems in supervision and management status of Guangdong Yuehua Power Company Ltd., a new mangement process is put forward, which bases on information management system . By means of using the technique of strictly controlling to permission and work flow, the system is aimed to realize the standard and efficient information management for the work of check - up and supervise in enterprisee, and guarantee scientific operation of QSHE in the management system.
