定时人工授精程序的应用

摘要 介绍了定时人工授精程序(又称Ovsynch方案)的原理,即对不排卵的奶牛注射GnRH,7日后注射PGF2α,48h后再次注射GnRH,不管发情与否,16~24h后人工授精;综述了10多年来该方案的发展、变更情况,特别是第2次GnRH注射后和人工授精的时间间隔的不同,对奶牛受胎率亦有不同影响,以及为使不同方案达到更佳效果的一些建议。
