腹腔镜在诊治异位妊娠中的应用

目的探讨腹腔镜在诊治异位妊娠中的应用价值。方法使用美国史塞克腹腔镜及配套器械,诊断性腹腔镜共131例,根据检查结果做出诊断并决定手术方法,治疗性腹腔镜经镜检明确诊断后,根据异位妊娠的部位选择术式,治疗性腹腔镜共120例作为A组,与传统开腹术治疗异位妊娠120例作为B组进行比较,结果除5例确诊为宫角妊娠,5例为陈旧性宫外孕,1例找不到病灶,其余120例均在镜下完成手术,且有100例保留输卵管,开腹术治疗异位妊娠仅有15例保留输卵管。结论腹腔镜手术以其诊治相结合,创伤少,增加保留器官的可能性,术后恢复快,无疤痕等优点,成为诊治异位妊娠的最佳手段。

Objective To assess the clinical value of laparoscopy on diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy, Methods 131 cases were examined with laparoscope, according to result of examination them, decided operation method according to the location of lesions 120 cases of group A were treated with laparoscopic operation, and other 120 cases of group B were managed with laparotomy method to control. Results 120 cases were treated with laparoscopic operation, and fallopian tube of these 100 case were all saved, Except ten cases were treated by laparoscope operation because of pregnancy in rudimentary both pregnancy five and five patients are that obsolescence ectopic pregnancy, so change the operation program and practice the celiotomy ,one patients can not find focus. In group B ,15 cases could save fallopian takes, partly section of fallopian takes were managed to the others, Conclusion Laparoscope could examine and treat ectopic pregnancy in once operation. This method is associated with remarkable advantages lesser in Jury.Miner section quickly recovery and more chance for save organ. So it＇s a good method for diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
