摘要
通过与静力金属型铸造磨球相比较,研究了离心铸造白口铁磨球的组织特点与耐磨性。结果表明,离心磨球的碳化物呈板块状,基体组织为等轴晶,且屈氏体进一步细化。离心磨球的硬度不因离心铸造而发生明显变化,但其冲击韧性却大幅度提高。离心磨球的抗冲击磨损性能高于静力金属型磨球,并且在高冲击功条件下尤为显著。
The structure characteristic and wear resistance of white iron grinding ball by centrifugal casting are investigated in comparision with statically metal-mould casting.The result show,the plate-block carbites,matrix structure of equiaxial grains and further refined troostite are obtained for the centrifugal cast grinding ball,the hardness changes of which is less marked but the impact toughness is apparently increased.The wear resistance of centrifugal cast grinding ball is higher than that of statically metal-mould cast grinding ball,this effect is much more remarked under higher impact working conditions.
