氯沙坦联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭疗效观察

目的观察氯沙坦钾(losartanK)联合环磷腺苷葡胺(Meglumine Cyelic adenosine,MCA)治疗慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭疗效。方法将46例患者随机分为两组,每组123例。治疗组和对照组均予常规综合治疗,治疗组加用氯沙坦钾50mgqd口服和环磷腺苷葡胺18Omg加人5%葡萄糖注射液250ml中,静脉点滴,每日一次。结果治疗组中有效21例,有效率91%。对照组有效15例,有效率65%,治疗组临床疗效明显高于对照组("p<0.05")。结论氯沙坦钾联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭有确切疗效。

Objective To observe the efficacy of losartanK and compound injection Meglumine Cyclic adenosine（MCA） treatment on chronic pulmonary heartdisease and heart failure. Methods 46 paticntswere random ly selected and divided into two groups, with 23 patients in each group. Both the treatment group and the control group accept normal comprehensive treatment. The treatment group is treated 50 mg oral losartanK and MCA 180mg in 5% dextrose 250ml introvenously, once a day. Results The result showed that the treatmentgroup has 21 effective cases with 91% effective percentage while the controlgroup has only 15 effective cases with 65% effective percentage. The treatmentgroup has significanthigher effective percentage and comparing with the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Which confirms the efficacy of losartanK and compound injection Megluminc Cyclic adenosine treatmcnton chronic pulmonary hcartdisease and heart failure.
