摘要 在总结金属反射镜及多层介质反射镜的优缺点的基础上研究一维光子晶体全角度反射器件.分析了反射带中心波长、边缘波长及带宽对全角度反射器件性能的影响,并对如何避免Brewster角做了定量分析.按照一维光子晶体的设计思想,利用MgF2/ZnS2种材料的λ/4光学膜系来实现在特定波长范围内的全角度反射,达到了设计要求. One- dimensional photonic crystal omnidirectional reflector is a perfect mirror without the limits of metal mirror and muhi-layer dielectric mirror. In this paper, a kind of omnidirectional reflector in special spectrum band is introduced on the base of λ/4 film system, which is composed of MgF2/ZnS. Formulas of the center-wavelength and the edge-wavelength of the reflection band are given, It is also analyzed quantitatively that how the Brewster angle can be avoided in multilayer system.
