阐述了钢丝绳弱磁检测技术的原理,介绍了利用自身实验室的工作条件,在室内新型钢丝绳—滑轮综合性能试验机上安装弱磁钢丝绳定量检测系统,在线检测钢丝绳的断丝、磨损、疲劳和锈蚀等情况,对弱磁钢丝绳定量检测系统的应用进行重复性和一致性的试验,分析了相关数据,总结了试验所得出的结论,为弱磁钢丝绳检测技术的改进提供经验。

The paper expounds principle of wire rope weak magnetic detecting technology, how wire rope weak magnetic quantitative detecting system is installed on a new wire rope-pulley comprehensive performance indoor test rig, and how to detect broken wire, wear, fatigue and corrosion of wire rope and so on, how to test their repeatability and consis- tency of the system. Finally it analyzes the related data and sums up experience findings.
