摘要
设计了一种基于RS485总线应用于吊装设备工作中应力监测的应变测试系统。通过RS485总线收发器SN75LBCl84、USB-RS485接口、单片机最小系统、采集软件等主要功能模块的设计,在可靠的通信协议的支持下,实现了测试系统的网络化和数据的高精度采集;协同良好的人机界面实现了系统易操作、高速、远距离、多测点、可即插拔的数据采集。经实验验证,该系统性能稳定,测试结果可靠。
The paper describes how stress detecting/monitoring system based on RS485 bus for hoisting equipment is designed. The system can perform network based monitoring and detecting with high accruacy data acquisition by means of these function modules for the SN75LBC184 transmitter/transceiver, USB - RS485 interface, chip controller, data acquisition software and communication protocol supporting, featuring easy, high speed, long distance, multi -point detecting, and hot inserting and pulling operation. Tests show that the system is stable and reliable.
