同一类牙列缺失选用3种精密附着体修复的疗效观察

Clinical Dbserrations on the Effects of Three Precision Attachment Prostheses on the Same Type of Dentition Defect

目的同一类病例应用不同精密附着体修复,对其修复效果进行观察,为临床应用提供参考依据。方法对上颌牙列缺失,下颌仅余留双侧尖牙残根的病例,设计不同类型的精密附着体进行修复,观察其修复效果。结果磁性附着体对基牙的扭力最小,应用范围最广,综合评价其取得的效果最好;按扣式精密附着体的固位力最大,但相对磁性附着体和快套式精密附着体对基牙的扭力也较大。结论目前常用的附着体,其固位力一般都能满足临床需要,但临床一定要合理设计及使用。

OBJECTIVE Different accurate attachments were applied to the same kind of case and the effect was observed so that refer- ence is offered to clinical selection. METHODS Different types of accurate attachmem were designed to the unique kind of case with e- dentulous upper jaw and only two lower canines left in lower jaw. The effects were observed and recorded. RESULT The attachment of Magnetic type shows least lateral stength so it has the widest utility and best effect in comprehensive.While the attachment of Revax sys- tem can gain largest retention, but will put more twist strength on abutment comparing to the attachment of magnetic type and ball type. CONCLUSIONS All of the retention of the common used types of attachment can meet the need of clinical applying. Rationally design and applyment is the critical factor of success.
