Audiovisual and Speaking Method for College Oral English Teaching——Based on the Theory of Cognitive Linguistics

摘要 本文以语义为中心、认知语言学理论为基础,以《大学体验英语》(听说教材)为实例分析,提出将视听说对比教学法——一种视听说对比结合的全新的口语教学方法应用于大学英语口语教学,旨在通过视听说对比教学法培训学习者用英语进行口头交际的能力。 According to the College English Curriculum Requirement, the objective of College English is to develop students' ability to use English in a well--round way, especially in listening and speaking, so that in their Suture studies and careers as well as social interactions they will be able to communicate effectively,…. Although in China, there are many researchers and teachers have done a large number of studies on how to improve the teaching and learning of oral English, most of them actually focused on theoretical study, therefore, the efficiency is in vain. In this way, the present author, based on cognitive linguistics and the experimental oral English teaching, advocates the application of audiovisual and speaking method in college oral English teaching and learning in order to improve learners' practical communicative ability.
