摘要
目的：对水龙骨中总黄酮含量进行测定，为水龙骨质量评价提供依据。方法：芦丁-UV方法进行测定。结果：总黄酮在0．00168—0．0672mg／mL范围有良好的线性关系（r=0．9991），加样回收率为98．23％，RSD=3．52％。结论：该法样品处理简单、迅速，可以做为水龙骨中总黄酮的含量测定方法。
Objective To determine the quantity of total flavonoids in Polypodiodes niponica, and to provide experimental evident for its quality control. Methods UV method was used for the identification and determination of total flavonoids. Results The standard curves of total flavonoids were linear in the range of 0.001 68 - 0.067 2 mg/ml, r = 0.9991. The average recoveries was 98.23% , RSD = 3.52%. Conclusion With its sensitivity, reproducibility as well as the simplicity of sample preparation, this method is feasible for determination of total flavonoids in Polypodiodes niponiea.
