芪地降糖复胰胶囊及针刺对实验性大鼠胰岛素抵抗的调整作用

摘要 目的观察复方中药芪地降糖复胰胶囊及针刺对实验性大鼠胰岛素抵抗的调整作用。方法将40只Wistar大鼠随机分为5组,即空白对照组、模型组、中药组、针刺组和中药加针刺组各8只。空白对照组以普通饲料喂养,其余4组均以高脂高糖高盐饲料喂养,复制胰岛素抵抗模型。造模成功后,空白对照组继续以普通饲料喂养,其余4组继续以高脂高糖高盐饲料饲养2周。同时,中药组予芪地降糖复胰胶囊灌胃,针刺组予针刺治疗,中药加针刺组予芪地降糖复胰胶囊灌胃配合针刺治疗。观察各组大鼠的空腹血糖(FPG)、血浆胰岛素(INS)、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)的变化。结果模型组与空白对照组比较大鼠的FPG、INS均升高,ISI降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);中药组、针刺组及中药加针刺组与模型组比较大鼠的FPG、INS均下降,ISI升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);中药加针刺组与中药组、针刺组比较FPG、INS均下降,ISI均升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方中药芪地降糖复胰胶囊及针刺对胰岛素抵抗具有逆转效应,复方中药芪地降糖复胰胶囊配合针刺治疗效果更显著。 Objective To observe the effect of Qidijiangtang Fuyi capsule combined with acupuncture on experimental rat with insulin resistance. Methods 40 rats were randomly divided into five groups. They were control group, model group, traditional medicine group, acupuncture group, integrated traditional medicine and acupuncture group, 8 rats in each group. Rats in control group were fed by ordinary feed. Rats in other four groups were fed by high- lipid, high- glucose, and high-salt feed for establishing instdin resistance model. After establishment of model, rats in control group were continuously fed by ordinary feed, and rats in traditional medicine group were treated by Qidijiangtang Fuyi capsule; rats in acupuncture group were treated by acupuncture therapy; rats in integrated traditional medicine and acupuncture group were treated by Combination of Qidijiangtang Fuyi capsule and acuptuncture. Fasting plasma glucose (FPG), insulin (INS) and insulin sensitivity index (ISI) in each group were measured. Results FPG and INS in model group were higher than those in control group ( P 〈0.01). ISI in model group was lower than that in control group ( P 〈0.01). FPG and INS in traditional medicine group, acupuncture group, integrated traditional medicine and acupuncture group were decreased in comparison those in control group, and ISI was increased ( P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05). FPG and INS in integrated traditional medicine and acupuncture group were higher than those in traditional medicine group and acupuncture group ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Combination of Qidijiangtang Fuyi capsule and acupuncture play a reversal effect on experimental rat with insulin resistance.
