摘要
以玉米皮为原料,通过单因素和正交旋转组合试验设计,微波法提取碱性膳食纤维的最佳工艺参数为:提取时间4.31 min,液料比1∶13.73,碱液浓度8.45%,微波功率598.83 W,碱溶性膳食纤维提取率为65.57%。
The alkali - soluble dietary fiber was extracted from corn skin by microwave extraction. The optimum conditions were obtained by the single-factor and orthogonal rotation experiment. The extraction time were 4.31 rain,the ratio of material to solvent 1 ： 13.73, concentration of lye 8.45% and the power of microware 598.83 W, the extraction ratio of alkali-soluble dietary fiber 65.57%.
