摘要 以"客户的需求是什么?这种需求是否得到了满足?"为企业战略逻辑起点的房地产价值创新战略已被一些房地产企业作为自身发展的核心战略,并经过多年的探索和实践,获得了成功。为获得持续性竞争优势,房地产开发企业应如何以"客户"角度出发审视规划设计、户型设计、绿化景观、配套系统、施工、物业服务等整个开发流程,获得客户满意度、忠诚度显得至关重要。
