凤仙花种子贮藏特性及其生理机制研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过比较普通开放式贮藏、0—4℃冷冻贮藏和硅胶干燥贮藏条件下的凤仙花种子的活力及生理活性的变化,发现硅胶干燥贮藏能保持风仙花种子较高的活力,且种子SOD、CAT酶活性和可溶性糖含量均显著高于普藏、冷藏种子,而TBARS含量明显低于普藏、冷藏种子。因此认为,干藏条件下,种子内部抗氧化酶系统保持较好,脂质过氧化作用较弱,膜系统损伤较少,其是一种理想的贮藏方法。 The changes of vigor and physiological activity of Impatiens balsamina L. seeds stored in the condition of open room, low - temperature storage (0 - 4 ℃ ) and drying silica gel respectively were compared. The results showed that the seeds stored by drying silica gel could maintain higher vigor. Moreover, the activity of SOD, CAT enzyme and the soluble sugar of seeds under drying silica gel storage was obviously higher than that of the seeds in ordinary storage and low temperature storage, while the TBARS content displayed a contrary change. The results showed that the seeds under drying silica gel storage kept a better antioxidant system to protect the membrane system from being damaged than that in ordinary storage and low temperature storage. It suggested that ultra -drying condition provided by drying silica gel is ideal for the storage of I. balsamina L. seeds.
