摘要
对雷公藤(Tripterygium wilfordiiHook.f.)23个无性系苗木的内源植物激素进行研究,结果表明:雷公藤无性系间的IAA、GA、ABA、ZR含量具有一定差异性,差异程度表现为IAA>GA>ABA>ZR;IAA、GA、ZR 3种激素的含量存在极显著的正相关关系,ABA的含量与上述3种激素间没有明显的相关性;雷公藤无性系间内源激素平衡性差异比较显著,ABA/IAA、ABA/GA、ABA/ZR、ABA/(IAA+GA+ZR)的变异系数大于IAA、GA、ABA、ZR的变异系数;通过聚类分析将23个无性系分为内源激素含量从高至低4个类型。
Significant variance of endogenous hormone content was found among the TW clones regarding on IAA, GA, ABA and ZR and obvious correlation was found among the 4 endogenous hormones, of which it was very positive among IAA, GA and ZR. It suggested that the contents of 3 hormones are closely correlated with each other and the variance trend similar among different clones. By the way the ABA content is independent with the others. The variance of hormones balance among the TW clones is visible. The 23 clones can be classified into 4 groups by hierachical cluster analysis.
