摘要
为研究枇杷叶中熊果酸的最佳提取工艺条件,采用正交试验设计法,选择乙醇浓度(A)、乙醇用量(B)、提取时间(C)、除杂剂浓度(D)为因素,每因素各取三水平,按L9(34)正交表进行实验。结果表明:乙醇及除杂剂浓度对提取率影响较大,其最佳提取工艺条件为A2B1C1D1,即7倍量φ=90%的乙醇加热回流2次,每次1 h,除杂剂浓度为3%。
To research and choose the best technology conditions for extracting ursolic acid from loguat leaf. The alcohol concentration (A) , alcohol dosage (B) , extracting time (C) , concentration of impurity - remover were taken as factors, three levels for every factor respectively, orthogonality experiment according to L9 (34) orthogonality forms was carried out. The results showed that : concentrations of alcohol and imparity - remover had bigger effect on extration rate, the best technological conditions for extraction were A2B1 C1 D1 , i. e. 7 times amount of 90% alcohol was heated and back -flowed 2 times, every time for 1 h, and the concentration of the impurity - remover was 3%. This technology is pragmatic, rational, feasible, safe and innocuous. Application of "ycxy -1 "impurity -remover simplifies the operation procedure, reduces the cost of production.This technology enables production of high -purity ursolic acid.
