摘要
导师制从根源上契合了绅士文化的精神和实质,是绅士文化孕育下的独特产物。公司文化迥异于绅士文化,本质上导师制与公司文化是不相兼容的,导师制必然要作出相应的调整与变化。尽管在公司文化下,导师制的生存发展遇到困境,但由于它的灵魂体现了大学的根本使命和人类的发展需求,它仍将源远流长,经久不衰。英国本科生导师制的嬗变,对我国当前实施的本科生导师制带来的启示是:首先,理解导师制的生存与发展的特定文化脉络;其次,重新定义导师制的性质与角色;最后,领会导师制的精髓与实质,创建具有中国特色的本科生导师制。
The tutorial system,which reflects the spirit and essence of gentleman culture,is the special production of gentleman culture.Corporate culture is different from gentleman culture.Therefore,the tutorial system has to make corresponding changes so as to survive.On the one hand,the change reflects the flexibility of tutorial;on the other hand it means that the tutorial is concept of history.Though the survival of tutorial is in trouble under the corporate culture,it will persist forever,for its soul reflects the mission of university and the need of human development.The change of British undergraduate tutorial system can bring us some edification and reflection about the tutorial which is carrying out in China currently.Firstly,we should understand the cultural context of survival and development of the tutorial;secondly,we should redefine the nature and role of the tutorial and the last we should grasp the essence and spirit of the tutorial and establish Chinese undergraduate tutorial system with China's characteristics.
