摘要
针对学生管理型教师胜任能力具有模糊性、难以量化的特征,运用文献检索、关键行为事件访谈、问卷调查、多元统计分析等方法,对学生管理型教师胜任力模型进行了研究.学生管理型教师胜任能力特征包括认知能力、交往互动、专业素养3个维度及17个构成因素.运用灰关联分析方法建立了评价模型,并以实例分析进行了验证.
By using literature review, interview, questionnaire, and multi-dimension statistic analysis, the evaluation model of teachers' capability of managing students is discussed. The results show that the features of teachers' capability include cognition ability, communication ability, professional quality and other 17 factors. Meanwhile, the grey relational analysis is applied into establishing the evaluation model, which could offer the evidence to elect and assess the management-style teachers.
