硫化胶等温热氧老化时应力松弛和压缩永久变形性能的研究 被引量:4

摘要 从分数阶粘弹理论出发,利用Fox-H函数提出了描述硫化胶在热氧老化时应力松弛和压缩永久变形性能变化规律的一个二元数学模型.基于遗传算法和共轭梯度法确定最优化模型参数,利用该模型拟合了2种硫化胶的应力松弛系数和永久变形率随时间变化的数据.结果表明,该模型可以对硫化胶的应力松弛和压缩永久变形性能的老化给出很好的描述. Starting with the fractional viscoelastic theory, a binary mathematical model is put forward to describe the degradation rule of properties of stress relaxation and compression set of vulcanite during the thermo-oxidative aging by means of Fox-H function. Based on the genetic algorithm and the method of conjugate gradient, a method for optimizing the model parameters is developed. The model is used to simulate data of stress relaxation coefficient and compression set rate of two types of vulcanites with the changing of the time, and the results show that this model can give good description of degradation property of stress relaxation and compression set of vulcanite.
