某不锈钢管生产车间设施布局优化设计

Optimized design of overall facilities arrangement of stainless steel tube workshop

合理的设施布局能够优化资源的利用,降低设施维护成本,提高员工的安全性,对日后系统运作产生深远的影响。文章以某不锈钢有限公司的不锈钢管A生产车间为例,使用摆样法改进了该车间的设施布局,并使用SLP方法进行了方案验证。结果表明,改善方案可以有效地降低物料搬运成本,减少安全隐患,提高车间的生产效率。

An excellent layout of establishment can optimize resources and reduce the maintenance cost of establishment and enhance security of employee. All that can affect the future operation of system deeply. This thesis has taken a workshop of the pipes of stainless steel in X Stainless Steel Ltd as example, the author uses pendulum-like method to improve the layout of establishment in this workshop and use the SLP method to checkout the scheme. The result shows that the improved scheme can reduce the transit cost of material and reduce the potential danger and advance the productive efficiency of workshop.
