摘要
随着我国市场经济发展的不断深入,加入WTO后,通过烟草企业实施战略的调整,采取联合、并购、重组的措施,提高了产业集中度和品牌集中度,增强了核心竞争力。根据有关资料显示,合并重组作为企业向外扩张的重要形式,成功的几率并不理想。因此,合并重组中的人力资源激励问题无疑是影响成功的一个重要因素。
Along with our country market economy development unceasingly thorough, after as well as joins WTO. Tobacco companies through the implementation of the strategy, a joint,mergers and acquisitions, restructuring measures, increased industrial concentration and focus on the brand, to enhance the core competitiveness. According to the data, the combined enterprise restructuring as an important form of outward expansion, the probability of success is not satisfactory. As a result, the merging and recombination of human resources incentives affect the success is undoubtedly an important factor.
