摘要
研究了采用不同胶凝材料、不同骨料配制的混凝土的耐高温性能。结果表明,在200~300℃条件下,使用普通混凝土比使用轻骨料混凝土更有优越性;在300~700℃条件下,应优先使用以普通水泥为胶凝材料、以陶粒为粗骨料、以普通砂为细骨料的砂轻混凝土;高于700℃时应使用以高铝水泥为胶凝材料的耐火混凝土;1000℃以上时应选用耐火骨料如碎黏土砖、碎高铝砖、碎镁砖及镁砂等,可使混凝土的最高使用温度达1600℃以上。
Study is made on concrete resistance to high temperature which is prepared with different cementing materials and aggregates. The results show that ordinary concrete is superior to lightweight aggregate concrete under 200-300℃: priority should be given to lightweight sand concrete which takes ordinary cement as cementing material,ceramsite as coarse aggregate and common sand as fine aggregate under 300-700 ℃:fire resisting concrete should be used which takes alumina cement as cementing material when the temperature is higher than 700 ℃; refractory aggregate should be selected when the temperature is higher than 1000℃ such as broken clay brick,broken high alumina brick,broken magnesite brick and magnesia sand so as to make the maximum application temperature of the concrete over 1600 ℃.
