摘要 目的比较全蝎不同工艺提取物对抗凝血、溶栓作用的影响。方法比较原粉冷浸、水煎煮、水煎醇沉、胃蛋白酶酶解、胰蛋白酶酶解、仿生酶解等不同提取工艺对凝血酶原时间(PT)、纤溶活性(FA)、大鼠凝血时间(CT)及静脉血栓重量(TW)的影响。结果4项指标中以上6种工艺与空白对照组相比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05);3种酶解工艺组与空白对照组相比有极显著性差异(P<0.01),其中仿生酶解组与原粉冷浸组相比有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论仿生酶解方法所得样品液抗凝血及溶栓作用较常规方法有极大提高,具有广阔的应用前景。 Objective The research was aimed to compare the anticoagulant and thrombolysis effect of scorpion extracted by different techniques. Methods Scorpion raw powder was extracted by cold leaching, water boiling, water decoction--alcohol sedimentation, enzymatic hydrolysis by pepsin, enzymatic hydrolysis by trypsin and bionic enzymatic hydrolysis, respectively prothrombin time ( PT), fibrinolytic activity ( FA), clotting time ( CT) and venous thrombosis (TW) were determined and compared. Results The results were significantly different (P〈0.05) ; three enzymatic hydrolysis groups showed very significant difference comparing with control group ( P 〈0.01), in which bionic enzymatic hydrolysis group with the raw powder by cold leaching group showed significant difference ( P〈0. 01). Conclusions Bionic enzymatic hydrolysis extract technique improved the anticoagulant and thrombolysis effect greatly,and showed a wide application prospect.
