摘要
利用异养铁还原菌对含F e2O3的高岭土进行除铁研究,考察了时间、碳源及其投加量、pH值、微生物接种量、温度6个因素对高岭土除铁的影响.研究结果表明,在厌氧条件下,每g高岭土蔗糖加入量为0.04 g、菌液加入量为0.5 mL、pH 6.0、温度为30℃条件下,铁还原菌除铁效果最好,培养16 d后,矿浆质量浓度为100 g.L-1高岭土中的F e2O3含量由原来的0.59%降低至0.52%,自然白度由原来的75提高为80.
Microbial removal of Fe ( Ⅲ) impurities from kaolin was carried out using hetemtrophic Fe ( Ⅲ) -reducing microorganisms. The effect of the factors impacting on the iron removal was systematically investigated ,including function time ,carbon source, pH,inoculum density and temperature. The experiment results demonstrated that under the conditions of 0.04 g used as the electron donor, pH 6.0 and temperature 30℃, the bioteaching efficiency is the best, for the solution with initial concentration of 100 g . L^-1 kaolin, after 16 days microbial treatment, Fe2O3 in kaolin was reduced from 0.59% to 0.52%, and the whiteness of kaolin was increased from 75 to 80.
