摘要
通过解译1986-2007年6个时间剖面的遥感影像,并提取建设用地斑块,借助A rcG IS9.0空间分析模块计算各研究单元的建设用地重心坐标.以建设用地重心的转移速率和转移轨迹作为建设用地时空变化的刻画指标,结合同期自然和人文因素的变化,解释土地利用动态变化的驱动力.将影响厦门市建设用地变化的驱动力归纳为发展驱动、政策驱动和自然限制3个方面.研究结果表明,城市化和工业化推动建设用地的扩展,经济发展是建设用地扩展的根本原因,政策因素控制建设用地的时空变化,地表自然环境影响建设用地的扩展.
After interpreted 6 time periods of RS images from 1986 to 2007, and extracted built-up land patches from them, this study calculated area-weighed center coordinates in periods of built-up land in districts of Xiamen by the ArcGIS 9.0 spatial analysis model. Then, movement velocities and traces of centers were done to be the analytic measurements of land use spatio-temporal change, combined by the changes of physical and human factors in the same period. According to what have been done above, the driving forces of built-up land dynamic change were discussed. Driving forces were concluded into three aspects, there were the development of economy, policy driving and physical constraint. And four principal conclusions were derived. Urbanization and industrialization impelled the expanded of builtup land. Economy development was the primary reason of built-up land growth. Types of policies controlled the spatio-temporal change. The physical environment of the earth's surface influence this change.
