An explanation is given to the development and executive effect of supervision management mode about the quality of operation construction . Then several management modes are introduced, which involve the management of quality point in the operation construction, the link supervision mode in the innovation of operation quality and the standardization quality management. Finally, the way of supervision management on the quality of operation construction has been analyzed, followed by the presentation of some suggestions.
