摘要
小浪底水库作为黄河下游防洪工程体系的重要组成部分,担负着黄河下游防洪的重任。通过对黄河中、下游暴雨洪水特性及下游防洪工程体系的分析,对于后期洪水,拟定三门峡、小浪底两水库运用方式及下游滞洪区的合理运用,分析确定了小浪底水库后期洪水的防洪库容,提出10月份最大预留25、75亿 m^3防洪库容即可满足防洪要求,从而提高水库的蓄满几率,以利于灌溉、供水和发电等综合利用。
Xiaolangdi Reservoir,an important component of the project system for flood prevention,takes on the main task of flood prevention in the lower Yellow River.Based on analysis of the characteristics of storm and flood in the lower and mid- dle Yellow River as well as the flood prevention project system,the combination operation model of Sanmenxia and Xi- aolangdi reservoirs and the reasonable operation of flood detention basin for the later flood periods in the lower Yellow River are worked out in the paper,the flood prevention storage of Xiaolangdi reservoir in the later periods is determined through analysis,and the suggestion of that the maximum reserve of 2575 million m^3 of flood prevention storage in October can meet the requirement is put forward,thus,the reservoir storage rate can be fully used to be advantageous to irrigation,water sup- ply,power generation and other comprehensive utilization.
