摘要
为满足液晶显示面板日益增大的需求,将一种固定关断时间峰值电流控制的功率因数校正(PFC)电路用在大屏幕液晶显示器的冷阴极荧光灯(Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp,简称CCFL)驱动电源中。详细分析了这种控制方式的工作原理,给出了变换器的主要参数和设计方法。实验结果表明,采用该控制方法的PFC性能良好,电路的功率因数达到0.99以上,满足IEC100-3-2 Class D的要求,适用于该类工作场合。
A fixed off-time peak current control of the power factor correction(PFC) circuit is used in the cold cathode fluorescent lamp (CCFL) driver of the large-screen liquid crystal display LCD panels to meet the integrated requirements of the trend that the LCD panels arc becoming larger.An experiment is taken on the hasis of analyzing the control of the method ,and then, the method for designing the converter is explained.The results show that the PFC circuit which uses this control method has a good performance,and the power factor of the circuit can achieve above 0.99,which meets the requirements of the IEC100-3-2 Class D.This control method is applicable for such occasions.
