摘要
采用一款准谐振软开关控制芯片,与两种不同的同步整流驱动方式相结合,制成了输出为16V/4A的反激式电源,介绍了准谐振软开关技术和同步整流技术对电路效率的影响,分析了不同工作模式下变压器电感的设计要求。实验结果表明,准谐振软开关和同步整流技术能有效提高反激电源的效率。
16 V/4 A flyback converters are developed with a control chip,combined with two kinds of synchronous technologies.The influences of quasi-resonant soft switch and synchronous rectification on converter's efficiency are discussed. The design demand of fly-back transformer inductor value under different operation mode is analyzed.The experimental results show the efficiency of flyback converter can be effectively increased for these two sorts of technologies.
