摘要
随着汽车用电量的增长,42V发电系统取代14V发电系统已成为趋势。基于42V汽车异步发电系统,采用新颖的直接直流电流控制方法,对定子磁链和直流电流进行综合控制,在速度变化及负载突加、突卸情况下得到稳定输出的42V直流电压。该控制方案既避免了矢量控制转子磁链难以观测、计算复杂以及易受电机参数影响等缺陷,又避免了直接转矩控制方案中转矩估算的复杂性。最后通过实验验证了该控制策略。
As the electrical power demand in automobiles has been rising steadily,it's a trend that 14 V power generation system will be replaced by the high-efficiency 42 V system.A 42 V automotive induction machine generation system is presented.A novel control methodology called direct DC-current control (DDCC) is proposed.The stator flux and output DC-current are controlled in order to get stable 42 V output DC-voltage during the load-dump and jump-start charging transient suppression at varying speed conditions.Meanwhile, the weaknesses of field oriented control that rotor flux is hard to observe and complex to calculate and sensitive to generator parameters, and the weakness of direct torque control that torque is hard to calculate, are all avoided.The proposed approaches are evaluated by the experimental results.
